I am Pauline Roger and the European Project Manager of Inspire4Nature, an European project which trains 15 fellows at a doctorate level at the Science and Policy interface in the field of biodiversity conservation.

My tasks in Inspire4Nature:
-    Coordination and management of the project with a Consortium of 13 organisations through Europe
-    Internal communication between the Consortium and the European Commission
-    Organising Inspire4Nature meetings: Supervisory Boards, General Assemblies, Training Sessions
-    Monitoring progress via submitting milestones and deliverables
-    Supervising fellows’ recruitment
-    Managing budget

-    Ensuring Grant Agreement obligations are respected
