Amandine est en appui sur plusieurs projets pour uniformiser les données d'ADNe (terrain et base de référence), prendre part aux analyses génétiques et organiser les missions terrain. Elle travaille en particulier sur le projet Grand Dauphin (Thèse Nadia Faure) qui a pour objectif d'étudier la structure génétique du grand dauphin à partir de l'ADNe, et le projet Sentinelles d'AZUR  qui a pour objectif d'étudier la diversité des poissons marins des fond meubles.

Amandine supports several projects aimed at standardizing eDNA data (from both field sampling and reference databases), conducting genetic analyses, and organizing fieldwork. She works specifically on the *Grand Dauphin* project (Nadia Faure’s PhD), which aims to study the genetic structure of the common bottlenose dolphin using eDNA, and the **Sentinelles d’AZUR** project, which focuses on studying the diversity of marine fish inhabiting soft-bottom environments.
