J'ai été engagée sur l'ANR FRIDA portée par Patrice David l'objectif de ce projet est d'étudier l'hérédité des méthylations de l'ADN double brin au sein de lignées consanguines.
Je travaille sur Physa acuta, un petit escargot d'eau douce : de l'animalerie à la biologie moléculaire. 

Je réalise beaucoup de typages, plus de 3000 escargots par an, pour le suivi des lignées que nous avons à l'animalerie, mais aussi des physes trouvées en milieu naturel, ou celles de collection (conservées depuis les années 90).

Je travaille principalement avec la technologie Oxford Nanopore; je construis un protocole complet de l'extraction haut poids moléculaire jusqu'au séquençage. 

Je forme régulièrement les étudiants de Master en stages, étudiants en DUT mais aussi les doctorants, post-doc et ingénieurs qui arrivent sur la plateforme Gemex aussi bien à l'animalerie qu'en biologie moléculaire

I was hired for the ANR FRIDA project led by Patrice David. The aim of this project is to study the inheritance of double-stranded DNA methylation in inbred lines.

I work on Physa acuta, a small freshwater snail: from animal husbandry to molecular biology. 

I do a lot of typing, more than 3,000 snails per year, to monitor the lines we have in the animal facility, but also physes found in the wild, or those in the collection (preserved since the 1990s).

I work mainly with Oxford Nanopore technology; I am developing a complete protocol from high molecular weight extraction to sequencing. 

I regularly train Master's students on internships, DUT students, as well as PhD students, post-docs, and engineers who arrive at the Gemex platform, both at the animal facility and in molecular biology.
