Activities
The IT service, consisting of three platforms, has several activities:
- Management of the IT infrastructure, which includes more than 500 workstations,
- Administration of the system infrastructure (20 physical servers and 60 virtual machines)
- Administration of the network infrastructure
- Technical support for users and support for scientific projects
- Pooling of IT resources and services as much as possible
- IT system security
- Support and assistance for software development
- Code auditing
- Software optimization
- Support for scientific data management
- Support for publication and open access to research data
- Support and advice on scientific reproducibility
- Raising awareness of best practices (cybersecurity, choice of licenses, GDPR, use of standards for data annotation)
