French Open Science Monitor
The French Open Science Monitor is a tool created in 2019 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research to measure and monitor open access practices in scientific publications. The tool is designed so that each research institution can easily build its own Barometer.
For more information on the methodology used, please visit the following page: https://frenchopensciencemonitor.esr.gouv.fr/about/methodology?id=general.dynamique-ouverture
Note: the data used for the Barometer comes from various sources (HALL, Unpaywall, MESR). Despite cross-referencing this data, the list of publications is not exhaustive. Only publications with at least one author affiliated with the laboratory and with a DOI are taken into account in constructing this barometer.
