Most of the staff is located in the CEFE building on the CNRS campus (north of Montpellier) :

If you arrive by train, take tram 1 direction Mosson. Get out at the St Eloi stop and take bus 22 to the CNRS stop.

If you arrive by plane, there is a shuttle that takes you to the Europe Plaza in 20 minutes, where you can catch tram 1.
