Intérêts personnels
Mes travaux portent sur les réponses adaptatives des plantes herbacées pérennes aux sécheresses estivales sévères de type méditerranéen. Avec des approches écophysiologiques et agronomiques (menées à l’INRA), ce travail se positionne en collaboration étroite avec l’écologie fonctionnelle (Ecopar - CNRS). L’objectif principal est d’analyser le fonctionnement des espèces et communautés herbacées sous contrainte hydrique forte dans le cadre du changement climatique. Les études portent particulièrement sur la généricité du compromis fonctionnel entre potentiel de croissance et survie au stress.
