Thèmes de recherche

During my PhD and my first years as a postdoc, I used microsatellites markers and genotyping by sequencing to investigate the demographic, environmental, and anthropogenic determinants of genetic diversity and divergence in anadromous fish.

For my current postdoc with Anne Charmantier, I use a combination of genotyping by sequencing and phenotyping on the field to investigate genotype-phenotype relationship and local adaptation in several blue tits populations in the wild.
